Exeter Public at track meet
EXETER — The Exeter
track and field team
achieved excellent results
at a board meet held
recently.
Carly Mercer placed
first in the 1500 metre,
400 metre and 800 metre
where she also set a new
record. Her three firsts
made her the top senior
girl at the meet.
The senior boys and
senior girls relay teams
each placed fourth.
Scott Ounsamone placed
first in his heat and
fourth in the finals while
Jessica Hamather placed
third in the 200 metre
final and fourth in the
400 metre.
Sam McCarter placed
fifth in the high jump.
Both the Intermediate
Boys and Girls relay
teams placed third.
In the junior division,
Becca Reid placed third
in the 1,500 metre while
Taylor Hoffman placed
fifth in the 200 metre
finals
Jacob Deichert placed
fourth in both the 100
