Anniversary will be celebrated. Worship was a special time to recognize the contributions of the teachers and the children throughout the school year. Mikayla Skinner and Donna Smith are very committed to teaching each Sunday. Mikayla organized a wonderful worship with the theme of God's promises and rain- bows. She included favourite hymns during worship such as "Jesus Loves Me", "We Are One", "I Danced in the Morning" and "It Only Takes A Spark". Scripture readings were from Mark 10:13-16 and Ephesians 6:1- 3. Mikayla had a special time for the children. Tate and Samuel Tindall gave a reading during worship. Mikenzie Skinner shared her talents with a dance solo and a piano solo. Rikki-Lee and DeeAndra Skinner sang a sweet duet. Unfortunately, some children were not able to attend. We hope to see them again soon. The children were presented with special certificates to recognize their pariticipation and wonderful photos of Strang memorial kiosk Proceeds from the June 21 Carlson Wagonlit Ellison Travel Annual GolfTournament at Ironwood Golf Club will pay for a kiosk and sign in memory of Gord Strang at the MacNaughton Morrison Trail. Ellison Travel will also use proceeds from the tournament to make dona- tions of approximately $2,000 each to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, the London Regional Cancer Centre and the MS Society. Doug Ellison, above right, said last week's 10th annual tournament was the most successful yet, featuring 144 golfers. He said the tourna- ment has raised $60,000 in the last I0 years. Pictured from left are Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority general manager Tom Prout, Kristin Strang, Susanne Strang and Ellison. Prout said the kiosk will be finished this month.
