(photo/submitted) Don't miss the Drive -Wise seminar on Fri., June 28 HENSALL - Fun and Fitness in the sunroom helped loosen residents up Monday morning as they worked their way through the range of motion exercise routine. A sing song and quiz time completed the hour long pro- gram. In the afternoon women of the Exeter Christian Reform Church vol- unteered for an afternoon of visiting with Residents outdoors and taking those wishing to go for walks or wheelchair rides. Volunteer Marlette Bilcke assisted with Breakfast group Tuesday morning as a breakfast of bacon, eggs made to order, fruit, toast, coffee and tea was served to the eight residents in attendance. Visiting and coffee are enjoyed as the residents watch their breakfast being made and then served family style. The "boarding house reach" is much in evidence. Tuesday afternoon Pastor Wendy Noble led worship with Belva Fuss as volunteer pianist. Volunteer Marg Cole greeted residents and distributed hymn books. Euchre enthusiasts gathered for some games Wednesday afternoon with volunteer Francis Kinsman, while others benefited from Manicures and pampering in the sunroom. Registered Music Therapist, Lisa Stewart brought cheer Thursday morning as musical notes floated from her small group participants in the lounge, throughout the hallways drawing residents and visitors alike.
