Women's Institute Oct.
3 meeting was held at
Madeline Smith's home.
Our meeting opened up
by president Bridget
Groot saying the W.I.
code and Mary Stewart
collect. Minutes of
September meeting by
Josephine Denomme
and a financial report
by Lottie Grenier.
Much discussion con-
cering the 54th fall
rally in Belgrave.
Belgrave W.I. used the
town hall for this affair.
Four members of the
Zurich W.I. attended
the rally: Bridget
Groot, Lottie Grenier,
Pearl Heimrick and
Joan Smith. Glenna
Ladell London -area
president was guest
speaker. A cheque was
presented to the
Children's Aid.
Greetings from London
area, Guelph area and
Huron west and Huron
south. When the busi-
ness was completed
Maddy had humorous
readings. Meeting
adjourned by Barb and
Joan. Maddy served a
very nice lunch.
