Measles deaths throughout the world have been reduced by almost 40% between 1999 and 2003. Measles deaths are almost unheard of in the developed world. The majority of deaths occur in Africa and the World Health Organization is being very aggressive to reduce deaths in this area by 50% by the end of this year. Itching in the rectal area can be quite uncomfortable. You might try an over-the-counter cream containing low hydrocortisone. Usually it will stop the itch right away. Don't overuse products like this because it could result in thinning the mucus membrane of the rectal area. 17) Huron Apothecary Ltd.
