Rockin' the Ag. Building
Eight local bands representing a variety of music from
punk to screamo to metal, played at the John Doe Show
Aug. 13 at the Exeter Agricultural Building. Organizer
(and member of Short Change) Clint Homuth of Exeter
described himself as "very pleased" with the show,
adding that the attendance (60-70 people) exceeded
expectations and the event made money."It was nice of
all the bands to come and play.We had a really good
night," he added. Homuth, 17, who is attending the
University ofWestern Ontario this fall, said it's possible
another show will be held next summer, depending on
whether or not the bands are still in the area. He
thanked the community for supporting the event.
