The case was to be heard Aug. 19 at the Goderich Court House. Exeter lawyer Kim McLean, representing the trustees of the Grimes estate (Edna Sims and Peter Raymond), said a new date will be deter- mined. The case involves the "passing of accounts" for the estate and the claim by the trustees. As previously reported, Grimes left about $5 mil- lion to the church, while the estate trustees are claiming the standard five per cent of the total estate. The court case will deter- mine how much money the estate trustees receive. Grimes died in December 2003. 40th Zurich Bean Festival this coming weekend ZURICH — The fourth Saturday of August means only one thing — the Zurich Bean Festival.
