The successful candidate must have at least five years of supervisory experience in a customer serv- ice setting. A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration would be an asset. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated planning and organizational skills. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the abili- ty to build a strong collaborative working relationship.
