It has taken many hours of volunteer time to build the club to what it is. Janice and the rest of the members have helped. It was several years coming for Brock, who has been nominated by McLlwain for 12 years without success. Although Brock had been informed she was a candidate for the award, she was unaware she was the winner until the award was announced at the banquet. "I kind of had to push her to make she got there," said McLlwain. "I have worked with Janice in Exeter for 12 years and she has helped me grow and build my coaching career. She is a great supporter and role model for the many organizations she is involved in. "Way to go Janice!" said McLlwain.
