Over 10,000 children will go to camp this year who could otherwise not afford it with the help of the $5.5 million raised by the event, with $3, 700 raised at the Exeter Tim Hortons. (photo/Pat Bolen) Long-term care homes to "Open Doors" TORONTO — June is Seniors' Month across Ontario, and on June 18, more than one third of the province's 1,500 retirement residences and long-term care homes will open their doors to the public. Individuals contem- plating residential choic- es for themselves or their family members are invited to local resi- dences in their area for tours, events and more. On May 24 guest entertainer and last visit from Nancy Corrigan. Corrigan was a regular lunchtime visitor and will be missed. She was joined on this day by Ryckman and Maxine Sereda.
