"Being involved in
'Open Doors' is impor-
tant to our members,"
says Gord White, CEO of
the Ontario Retirement
Communities Association
(ORCA). —Open Doors' is
a day to educate the
public about the impor-
tant issues of senior care
and living options. We
believe that the strength
of this event, its commu-
nity grass-roots
approach and
provincewide participa-
tion, will help de -mystify
the senior care industry
and help seniors and
their families make
informed decisions for
their future."
—Open Doors' is
designed to be a day of
education, awareness
and community.
Activities will vary from
residence to residence,"
said Derek Mercey, vice-
president of event pro-
ducer The Care Guide.
