POLICE BRIEF
Man charged in domestic
BLUEWATER — On the evening of June 8 a woman
from Bluewater contacted police, fearing her own safe-
ty and that of her children. Officers learned a couple
had been separated for several months, after years of
marriage. The woman was afraid of her husband who
was allegedly threatening her and their children.
Police learned the two were involved in previous
domestic situations. Officers arrested a 46 -year-old
man from Bluewater and charged him with four counts
of assault.

showing off the work of its
artists this week with its
Grade 9/10 and 11 art
show.
The show features the
work of the students of art
teacher Carleen Hone.
Hone said the show will
exhibit work the student
have created throughout
the year. She added some
pieces may be for sale,
with the proceeds going to
the art program at SHDHS
and multiple sclerosis
research.
Several different types of
work will be on display,
including drawings, paint-
ings, prints, sculpture and
mixed media work.
One hundred and ten
students will be displaying
two or three pieces of their
work with over 400 items
overall.
The show is on today
(Wednesday) from 11:30
a.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday it will run 9-9
and Friday from 9-1p.m..

Plan H5-2-652 Traditional Country Charm The facade of this charming home features mullioned windows and stone pillars, giving it a traditional
country look. Inside, comfort and convenience reign. A large open-plan dining area, great room and kitchen flow into one another for super -easy
