Victoria Day shoot
ST. THOMAS — The
Victoria Day weekend saw
several area shooters
from the Kippen Gun Club
travel to St. Thomas for a
three-day shoot at the St.
Thomas Gun Club.
Two hundred and ten
participants entered
Saturday's 200-16 yard
event competing for flats
of shells.
Jordon Ritchie captured
captured Sub Junior,
blasting 185 targets and
winning two flats of shells.
Wayne Peachey broke
190 targets to capture 'B'
class runner up and three
flats of shells.
On Sunday 100 handicap
and 100 doubles were
thrown to make up the
program.
Ritchie broke 88 in the
handicap for Sub Junior
and won two flats of
shells.
Mark Ramsey broke 90
from the 23 yard line to
gain fourth and six flats of
shells.
In the doubles event
Ritchie was victorious
once again in Sub Junior
with an 86 to gain one
more flat of shells.
Brittany Caldwell
smashed 87 to take the
ladies crown and one flat
of shells.
Jamie Caldwell broke 93
for 'B' class and won four
flats of shells.
Brad Mann took 'C' class
doubles breaking an 88
and capturing four flats.
Gord Robinson was 'D'
class winner blasting 89 of
his 100 and also winning
four flats.
Congratulations to all
the Kippen shooters on
their fine performances.

Deruiter. Super passing and an
awesome save by Alyssa Keller at
the end of the game.

Hensall and Zurich only
Swimming Cost:
Non -playground participant $80, playground
participant $75, swimming fee includes admission,
transportation and supervision.
