was so nice to celebrate this
occasion with family, friends,
neighbours and co-workers. All
the cards, gifts and flowers were
very much appreciated. We
would like to thank everyone
who brought food and dessert for
the lunch later that evening.

WEBSTER - I would like to
thank everyone in the Varna

old neighbours for organizing it.
It was great to see everyone
again. I would like to thank
Carol Pakenham for being the
M.C., the Vama Quartet for their
two special songs and to Angie
Dunn for reading my address. A
very honourary mention must go
to the Vama players for their fab-
ulous skit, you have no idea how
special it made me feel, for all
the work that was put into it.
You guys should go on the
road!! I can't say enough for all
the gifts that were received and
for all the food that was brought
to the shower. I will always
remember that special evening
and always know what a special
community I came from!
Thanks again, Mary Ellen (21*)

106 In Memoriam
FAHNER - In loving memory of
my dear Grandma who was
taken from me May 21, 2004. I
can't believe it's been a year
already. I miss you so much.
There is someone who misses
you sadly,
Finds the time hard since you
went,
There is someone who thinks of
you daily,
But tries hard to be brave and
content.
Forever in my heart. Love
always, Cheryl (21*)
FAHRNER - In loving memory
of a dear father, Emmery:
Mother Losetta M.: Brother
Calvin C. who passed away
April 27, 1980, July 21, 1987,
July 9, 1994.
Those whom we love go out of
sight,
But never out of mind.
They are cherished in the hearts
Of those they leave behind.
Ever remembered by Norma &
Robert Palmer, Shirley & Pat
Henry, Beth & Greg Budd, Mark
& Jane Palmer and families.
SMITH - July 13, 1961 - May
29, 1993. In loving memory of
our Dear Daughter, Penny Lynn.
Time slips by but memories stay,
Quietly remembered every day,
Happy thoughts of times
together,
Memories that will last forever.
We hold you close within our
hearts,
And there you shall remain,
To walk with us throughout our
lives,
Until we meet again.
Lovingly remembered, Dad &
Mom (21*)
106 In Memoriam
GLAVIN - In loving memory of
Ray who passed away May 29,
2004.
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our hearts you're always
there.
Forever remembered by
Marcella, and children Monica,
Denise, Jackie, Gary, Deb and
Kevin and grandchildren. (21*)
GALLAGHER - In loving
memory of my very extra spe-
cial Mom, Joyce Edna
Margaret, who passed away
five years ago May 28, 2000.
Today I touched your face
again
and watched you for awhile,
I talked of things deep in my
heart
and wished I could make you
smile.
I rubbed your face and told
you,
I'm proud of you my Mom,
For all the little things you did
and the way you did each one.
You showed such courage
daily
and you taught me how to live,
To make each moment count in
life
and to give all that I can give.
I know your time on earth was
short,
but it's how you lived each
day,
You made the most of what
you had
and always found a way.
To touch the hearts around
you,
to love while you may,
To give you very "special"
hugs
that I got every single day.
I wish with all my heart right
now,
the face I touched today,
Wasn't made of paper
or neatly placed away.
But I will put you on the shelf
again
for all the world to see,
I'll talk to you tomorrow
just like I do each day,
And I'll tell you "I miss you
MOM"
as I gently walk away.
Mom, there are no words that
can express how much I miss
and love you. Thanks for
being my Mom, my best friend
and my hero, you were always
there for me and I can't thank
you enough. Loved and
remembered always, Lorraine
and Barney XXX000
HODGINS - hi loving memory
of a very special "gentleman"
Kenneth Hodgins who went to
be with his lord on May 25,
1984.
You did so many things for us
Your heart was kind and true
And when we needed someone
We could always count on you.
The special years will not
return
When we were here together
But with the memories in our
hearts
You will be with us forever.
Fondly remembered by his
wife Florence, his children
Eleanor, Keith, Cathy, Marikay
and their families. (21*)
WUSHKE - In memory of my
Dad, Albert Wushke, who
passed away suddenly one year
ago.
No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
He was gone before we knew it
We struggle to understand why.
But those we love don't go away
They walk beside us every day
Unseen, unheard, but always
near
Still loved, still missed, and very
dear.
Missing you always Dad (and
Grandpa) Love Geoff, Brooke,
Stacey and Jayden. (21*)
106In Memoriams
CHAPPEL - In loving memory
of Wayne, a dear husband & Dad
who passed away 2 years ago on
May 28, 2003.
You are where we cannot hug
you,
Your voice we cannot hear,
Yet we know you walk beside
us,
Never absent, always near.
We feel your warmth around us,
Your memories so clear,
Deep in the stillness,
We feel you are still here.
Sometimes an old-fashioned
song
Brings a thought of you;
Sometimes a flower as we pass
along,
Or a sky that is so blue;
Or a silver lining in the clouds,
When the sun is peeping
through.
The world changes year to year
And friends from day to day;
But never will the one we loved
From memory pass away.
Lovingly remembered by
Dorothy and family. (21*)
ROLLINGS - In loving memory
of our dear parents and grandpar-
ents Charles & Freda Rollings
who passed on to their final rest-
ing place, Dad - May 18, 2004
and Mom - June 2, 1988.
Our hearts are full of memories
We treasure them with care.
The way you had to leave us
Will always seem unfair
Sad are the hearts that love you
Silent the tears that fall
Living our lives without you
Is the hardest part of all.
In all that life has given us
And all that's left to do,
We will never have a greater gift
Than the years we shared with
you.
Dearly loved and greatly missed
by Blanche, Dave, Brenda &
Linda (21*)
