FT. {192.5 Mt} J Plan H7-3-918 View Lot Design A rear -sloping lot with a front view would make a perfect setting for this two-storey home. Built over an unfinished basement and a recessed garage, the plan includes a large entertaining and family area, a stylish modern kitchen, three well -sized bedrooms and a den. Sundecks on two levels expand the living space in summer and visually connect the interior with the surrounding landscape. An exterior staircase leads to the front entrance and a large sundeck off the great room. The foyer, on one side, opens into the great room. On the other, a single door leads to the den, with two built-in nooks for storage and a dramatic archway that leads to double doors and a covered porch. The great room is separated from the dining area by a series of arches. A gas fireplace adds warmth to this large open space. A built-in buffet provides useful storage in the dining area. A raised eating bar between the kitchen and dining area houses double sinks, making it a functional food preparation and cleaning centre. One corner of the kitchen is devoted to a large pantry cupboard. Just down the hall, are the laundry and powder rooms. Both the laundry and kitchen have garden doors to the backyard. On the second floor, the master bedroom enjoys a small front -facing sundeck, revealed through french doors flanked by long windows. To the side, the four -piece ensuite also has a generous window. A walk-in closet completes the suite. Two additional bedrooms on this level share the home's third bathroom. The exterior is finished in a combination of wood siding, shakes and stone trim. Lattice detailing in the windows contributes to a country cottage look. This home is 41 feet wide by 53 feet, 10 inches deep and has 2,072 square feet of finished living space and includes an unfinished basement. The main floor has 9 -ft high ceilings.
