Thurs., May 5 Varna UCW are asked to meet at Ruby Hills' at 7:15 to go back to the fish hatchery. Women should dress appropriately and a meet- ing will follow at the house. Conference Sunday, May 29, Five Alive presents "Faith Story" at the Brucefield United Church at 10:45 a.m. This is the story of Judaism, Christianity and Islam with Dr. Barry Moore and Alan Davidson. This is a dynam- ic, thought provoking and uplifting presentation in word and song featuring trumpet, organ and favourite sacred music. Plan to attend. The offering will go to Camp Menesetung. Women from the Five Alive church- es please bring sandwiches for a lunch following the service. Brucefield, Kippen, Varna and Goshen Vacation Bible School for 2005 will be held from Aug. 2-5 at the Brucefield church from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The theme will be the Safari Adventure. Varna's village -wide yard sale will be Sat., May 21 and some will be May 22. Mark your calendar. Sun., May 29 Hugh McBride will be celebrating his 80th Birthday with an open house at the complex.
