By Carmel Sweeney
ZURICH CORRESPONDENT
ZURICH - The Exeter
Arena was full of specta-
tors Sunday evening who
enjoyed the Friends and
Family Showcase put on
by Exeter's four
Synchronized skating
teams. The guest skaters
were also wonderful to
watch. The Synchronized
teams will be performing
at the Exeter and Zurich
skating carnivals.
Brother Bob's Annual
Bake Sale will be held at
St. Boniface Church this
Saturday night and
Sunday morning after the
two Masses, with the pro-
ceeds going to India.
Several members of the
Blue Water Zurich Skating
Club and Exeter Club,
took part in the skating
competition held in
Sarnia, Feb. 4, 5, and 6 at
the Clearwater Arena.
Some of the skaters were:
Leanne Bechard, Tanya
Prang, Heidi Klopp,
Michelle Roy, Tyan Bailey,
Alyssa Nicholls, Katherine
Thiel and Rachelle Parent.
I also enjoyed going along
on Saturday to watch the
skating and visit with my
sister Carol who lives in
Sarnia.

Carnival in Zurich on

from Zurich came in first
place.

around to the residents.
She handed out the next
program schedule for
February. There are lots
of interesting activities
going on at the home. We
all got to see the nice new
fish tank.
A motion was made that
the Auxiliary pay for a
massage therapist to
