ABCA Conservation Dinner
EXETER - Tickets are
now in circulation for
the most anticipated
social event of the year,
the 16th annual
Conservation Dinner
April 14 at the South
Huron Rec Centre in
Exeter.
Patrons will enjoy a
superb meal and a jam-
packed evening of auc-
tion bids on fine art-
work and collectibles
along with a vast array
of raffle prizes.
Most importantly,
participants play a vital
role in supporting wor-
thy conservation -relat-
ed projects.
The dinner is a col-
laboration of the
Ausable Bayfield
Conservation
Foundation and the
Exeter Lions Club, the
Conservation Dinner.
It raises funds for
development of barrier -
free trails, outdoor
education programs
and many other activi-
ties for the benefit of
local residents and visi-
tors to the watershed.
The proceeds from
the 2005 Dinner will
continue to assist in the
stocking of rainbow
trout in the Morrison
Dam reservoir, sup-
porting conservation
education programs,
maintaining six com-
memorative woods sites
and the MacNaughton
Morrison Trail project.

funeral service of their
aunt Olive Simpson from
the C. Haskett and Son
Funeral Home, Lucan and

visited the Hopper -Hockey
Funeral Home in Exeter to
pay respects to the family
of the late Stanley Frayne.

ANNUAL MEETING
The 129th Annual Meeting of the Usborne & Hibbert
Mutual Fire Insurance Company will be held at the
Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre at 2:00 P.M. on
Monday, February 28th, 2005, for presentation of the
Annual Report for 2004, to elect Directors and to transact
any business that may rightly come before the meeting.
Nominations will be received for the election of two
Directors for a three year term. The Directors whose term
of office expires are Ron Feeney and Mike O'Shea, both
of whom are eligible for re-election.
Notice is hereby given that motions will be presented at
our Annual Meeting amending the by-laws of the
Company as follows:
Article 33 - Remuneration
Article 21 - Any person wishing to seek election or re-
election as a Director must file his intention to stand for
election in writing with the Secretary Manager of the
Corporation at least ten days in advance of an Annual
Meeting or Special General Meeting called for the pur-
pose of electing Directors.
