: COMBINATION.
}SPICY SAUSAGE SOUP x
... 3 Targe garlic farmer's sausage
.: 2 cloves garlic minced x
r: 2 ribs celery chopped fine
1-2 Targe onions chopped fine
}: 1 red pepper chopped fine
4-6 cups water h
ti: 4 pkg. vegetable bouillon
I tsp. Italian seasoning x
1 tsp. black pepper
1 28 -oz. can tomatoes (diced)
':•1 19 -oz. can kidney beans rinsed and drained x
r Fry sausage and cut in bite size pieces. In pan drippings saute
8r: onion, garlic, celery and red pepper.When the vegetables are
: limp add water, bouillon, spices and tomatoes. Heat through x
rand let simmer for at least an hour. Add kidney beans, heat •:
;: and serve. You can add some macaroni noodles if desired for
more of a minestrone type. The soup is even better the next x

set up on the Main
Street of Exeter Dec. 27
officers stopped a white
Dodge Ram van at
10:30 p.m. and found a
driver with alcohol on
his breath.
The driver failed the
roadside test, was
arrested and taken for
breath tests, which
determined he had con-
sumed almost twice the
legal limit of alcohol.
The 42 -year-old
Central Huron man has
been charged with dri-
ving a motor vehicle
