tion project will go ahead this spring with a June 18

Contracting for $746,510.
The project was to go ahead last year but delays

The province will pick up 90 per cent of the costs,
with the county on the hook for 10 per cent. South
Huron will have to pay utility costs.

• Discussion on last flooding in the area took up
a large chunk of South Huron council's meeting.
As operations manager Dennis Hockey reported to

Eastern Ave., Simcoe St., Huron St. E. and on
Plugtown Line and Crediton. There were several

While there was rain Friday, Hockey said the

rvi Capsule Comments
by Ernie Miatello
When taking medications orally, it is important to
drink enough fluid. Water is the fluid of choice
and at least 250m1 (about 8 ounces) will do the
lob of getting the medication into the stomach.
This is especially important if you take
medication at bedtime.
Thinking about New Year's resolutions? Evidently only one out of
three Canadians say they eat at least five servings of fruit and
vegetables per day. Are you in this group? If not, add this to your
resolution list. It will be good for your better health.
Good sleep hygiene means getting up at the same time every
morning. Sleeping too long on your days off can make you more
irritable on your next workday. If your body's sleep -wake cycle is
thrown off, your mood can be too. Keep regular sleep hours for
your good physical and mental health.
A big thank you to all the doctors, nurses and receptionists and
