MARCH I0 • Discussion on last flooding in the area took up a large chunk of South Huron council's meeting. Water is the fluid of choice and at least 250m1 (about 8 ounces) will do the lob of getting the medication into the stomach. This is especially important if you take medication at bedtime. Thinking about New Year's resolutions? Evidently only one out of three Canadians say they eat at least five servings of fruit and vegetables per day. Are you in this group? If not, add this to your resolution list. It will be good for your better health. Good sleep hygiene means getting up at the same time every morning. Sleeping too long on your days off can make you more irritable on your next workday. If your body's sleep -wake cycle is thrown off, your mood can be too. Keep regular sleep hours for your good physical and mental health. A big thank you to all the doctors, nurses and receptionists and you, our customers, for your help and cooperation throughout 2004.
