met Dec. 6 in the
women's parlour. Unit
leader Betty Clark
opened the meeting and
everyone sang, It Came
Upon A Midnight Clear.
Members and guests
repeated the UCW pur-
pose and answered the
roll call with a favourite
Christmas song. Marion
Kerslake thanked all for
their help and dona-
tions to the bazaar.
Bev Campbell report-
ed that over 6,700 meat
pies had been made
and sold this year.
Ada Dinney, Elsie
Hermann, Gladys
Talbot, Helen Coates
and Leona Elliott were
in charge of devotions
using stars and nativity
scene as their theme.
Several carols were
sung and Dinney gave a
solo. Lunch was served
by Elaine Skinner's
group.
