South Huron Silver Stick tournament

POLICE BRIEFS
Coke machine
damaged
EXETER — On Dec. 2 at 10:45 a.m.
an employee of Unusual Finds Dollar
Store on Main Street in Exeter report-
ed a damaged Coke machine.
Police say someone attacked the
machine overnight, forcing it open and
stealing a quantity of coin. Damage to
the machine was well above the
amount of money obtained from the
unit.

Fire alarm
activated
BLUEWATER — On Dec. 4 at
approximately 1:30 a.m. the
Brucefield Fire Department sum-
moned OPP to Huron Centennial
School on Centennial Road in
Bluewater.
Someone smashed a door window,
entered the school and pulled the fire
alarm.
Police say one set of foot prints was
found leading to the point of entry and
back to a vehicle. The investigation
continues. If you can help solve this
