SOUTH HURON — On Nov. 10 at 10:45 a.m. OPP were

attempted theft of a vehicle. Police say someone
attempted to force open the truck door handle
overnight. When unsuccessful, they smashed the win-

unable to start the truck and drive away, but over
$1,000 in damage was done in the attempt. If you can
help the OPP solve this crime call the Exeter OPP office

FREDDY
Little Freddy is a male 6 week old, orange,
domestic, semi -long haired tabby kitten. He was
picked up from a farm where there were many
cats and kittens. We just couldn't leave him
behind because he seemed to be in terrible
agony. He had a very bad upper respiratory
infection and seemed very ill. Freddy has been
treated with antibiotics by the veterinarian and is
coming along nicely. He was also tested for
several cat diseases by the vet as he seemed to
be a high risk candidate. Luckily he did not have a
life threatening disease and will be available for
adoption soon. He can't get enough food or
affection. He is also quite fond of the other kittens
and would fit in almost anywhere.
