The matriarch of the family Ruth (Jim deceased) Olmstead, who started this group of eight was the guest of honour and gave the Thanksgiving blessing. The homemade meal was prepared by Elizabeth and John Stephens and their family; John B. and Mark, who helped out in the kitchen, daughters Lori (Wynn) McPherson and daughters Toni and Sharia who presented home grown pumpkin table centres for all the tables, and Lynn (Rick) Hope and their children Brian and Sarah. Also attending were: Barbara Watchorn of Macomb, Michigan and daugh- ters Denise McKibbon and children Krystal, Christopher and Autumn of Royal Oak Michigan; and Kim and Steve Hutchings of St. Thomas. Jimmy and Michelle Olmstead and their children Melissa; Jamie and Michelle and son Ethan and daughter Olivia. Cathy Sinclair and partner Clarence with son Fred and Mandy and daughters Laurel, Brielle and Bianca; and daugh- ter Terri Lynn and son Braeden. Joan Sanguine and partner Clarke and son Christopher and Janice and their daughter Morgan; and grandson Joshua Mallot. Stephanie O'Brien (Olmstead) from Red Deer, Alberta, who promised to bring husband Lyle on her next visit.
