Exeter Fall Fair celebrates 150 years
As always, one of the highlights of the Exeter Fall Fair this year was the annual ambassador competition, in
which seven local girls competed for the crown.Above at the mic, last year's winner Silvana Roduner gives her

Above, 18 -year-old Ashley Arnold of Huron Park is
crowned this year's fair ambassador winner.The out-
going winner Silvana Roduner places the crown on
Arnold's head. Natasha Duckworth, 17, of Exeter, was
named the runner-up and Miss Congeniality.
Winners in the Pride of Huron Rebekah Special school division above from left
were Janelle Clarke (I st, girls),Alana Hodgert (runner-up, girls),Andrew Hodgert
(1st, boys), and Richard Hern and Brandan Willis (tied for runner-up, boys). Below
from left, in the homecraft categories are craft and hobbies champion Rhea
Greene, culinary arts champion Phyllis Parsons, flowers champion Peggy Brownlee
and youth champion Jessica Bray.
Huron -Bruce MPP Carol Mitchell attended the fair's opening ceremonies Friday
night, presenting a plaque celebrating the fair's 150th anniversary.
Eight-year-old Paige Keller and her dog Ozzie participated in the pet show last
Friday night at the fair. Ozzie came away with the smallest dog award.
