Hensall District Co-operative Inc., a market leader and technology driven company, is seeking experienced truck operators to become an integral part of the trucking team at the Hensall location in the following positions: (1) B -Train Operator (2) Dump Trailer Driver (3) Seasonal Farm Trailer Driver Some of the responsibilities of this position will be as follows • Obeying all MTO regulations with strict adherence to legal weights and hours of driving • Completing all circle checks correctly and keeping the truck on its maintenance schedule, washed and presentable • Completing truck logs correctly as per regulations and handing them in on a timely basis • Ensuring product does not become contaminated • Maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with customers • Following dispatch instructions and ensuring that pickup and drop off is done as safely and efficiently as possible • Maximizing truck revenue wherever possible; various other duties as per seasonal requirements We require individuals with an AZ licence and 3-4 years' experience, a clean driver's abstract and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The successful candidates will be required to be available for shift work and overtime as required to complete scheduled runs. The B -Train Operator and Dump Trailer Driver are full- time positions with shift work, weekends and overtime required. The Seasonal Driver is a temporary position for the fall harvest with possible recall as required.
