SEED CLERK

As a member of a branch operation, you will be
responsible for assisting the seed division at the branch
in the daily administrative activities.
Responsibilities would include:
• Receive orders for all seed variety requirements
• Processing orders and prepare shipping documents
and invoices
• Accounts payable invoice processing
• Monitor inventory of seed varieties
• Reconcile monthly seed inventory balances
Applicants must be a graduate from a community
college program in business and or accounting with a
minimum of one year clerical experience in a
computerized environment. Knowledge of the
agricultural industry would be considered an asset.
Good oral and written communication skills as well as
PC skills in various applications are a must.
