IldertonAg. Society crowns FairAmbassador
The Ilderton Fair Ambassador Competition was held Aug. 26 at the Ilderton Community Centre. Six contes-
tants competed, including runner-up Charlie Moir, left. Melanie O'Leary, far right, was deemed the winner and
will represent the Ilderton Agricultural Society for the next year. Other contestants were Sarah Green, Katie

Networking dinner requires pre -registration
SEAFORTH — On Tues., Sept. 21 the
Huron Small Business Enterprise Centre
is hosting a Huron Women in
Networking (1-IWIN) dinner at the White
Carnation banquet hall in Holmesville.
Dinner is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., after a
social time at 6 p.m.
The featured guest Sept. 21 is Laurel
Armstrong, with the topic, `Creativity in
the Business Setting'. During dinner,
those donating door prizes, and those
winning them, will each have an oppor-
tunity to give a one -minute advertise-
ment of their business/career. At the end
of the evening, the grand prize will be
won by a contest challenging your mem-
ory of those businesses.
The grand prize has once again been
donated by Kathy Nichol, executive
director of the Innkeepers of Ontario. It
features a one-night stay for two at one
of Ontario's finest inns
At $25 per person, this is a networking
opportunity none can afford to miss.
Bring along business cards and
brochures. Pre -registration is required
by Sept. 14 to confirm dinner numbers.
