or any other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these
matters rests with the potential purchasers.
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sales
Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount
tendered plus accumulated taxes and the relevant land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the success-

SOUTH HURON —
Huron OPP have
charged a young male
for assault causing bod-
ily harm after an inci-
dent July 10 at approx-
imately 10:30 p.m.
According to police, a
young couple arranged
a meeting with another
young male over an
ongoing dispute
between the two males.
The three met at the
Centralia ball park just
off Melbourne Street
where a verbal con-
frontation led to an
alleged assault. The
victim left immediately
and was taken to South
Huron Hospital for
medical attention.
As a result of the
investigation a 16 -year-
old male from South
Huron has been
charged with assault
causing bodily harm
and will attend court in
Goderich Oct. 13.
