wrap up
EXETER — The
eighth annual Exeter
rodeo was the most
successful yet with
capacity crowds filling
the stands under
sunny skies.
Recreation and
facilities superinten-
dent Cam Stewardson
said this years rodeo
was way up in atten-
dance, to the point
the shows had to be
delayed to get every-
one in.
Stewardson said the
entire weekend went
smooth, with no inci-
dents despite the
record crowds.
Bessie Bingo was
also a success, selling
200 tickets and rais-
ing $3,000 for the
Exeter Adult Day
Centre.
"It was an excellent
weekend all around,"
said Stewardson."
