Stylish Two -Level Design Plan H7-4-832 With its elegant roof lines and exterior detailing, this two-level home will add a stylish presence
to any neighbourhood. A covered, arched entry leads to an impressive foyer dominated by a dramatic, curved staircase. A den is located to
one side of the foyer. On the other side, the expansive living room and dining room area is separated from the foyer by a half -wall. This
rectangular space offers plenty of opportunity to create a dramatic, formal decor. A gas fireplace graces the living room, there is space for a
built-in buffet in the dining area. French doors in the dining room open to a sun deck leading to the back garden. The kitchen, breakfast area
and family room combine to provide a spacious great room well suited for day-to-day family living. The kitchen has a central island with a
cook top and an eating bar. A walk-in pantry and plenty of cupboards provide ample storage space. The family room has a corner fireplace.
The breakfast area has french doors that open to a second sun deck. A powder room is located across from the kitchen entrance, between
two coat cupboards. A laundry room is just down the hall, along with a door leading to the two -car garage. On the second floor, double doors
reveal a master bedroom suite that meets all of the requirements of a true retreat. Here, a boxed out window creates a pleasant space for a
sitting area, or for a writing desk. The ensuite bathroom is divided - the dual sinks and corner soaker tub are open to the sleeping area while
the toilet and shower stall are separated by a door. A large walk-in closet with built-in storage completes the room. Bedroom No. 2 has a
charming bay window and a small balcony as well as its own ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a three-piece bathroom
with a linen closet. The house has 2,631 square feet of living area plus an unfinished basement. It measures 50 feet, 8 inches wide by 44
feet, 4 inches deep. Plans for design H7-4-832 are available for $652 (set of 5), $748 (set of 8) and $809 for a super set of 10. B.C.
