The offi- cer stopped the driver of the tractor and found alcohol on his breath. The officer conducted a road- side test on the man, which he failed. He was arrested and taken for breath tests that found him over the legal limit. A 45 -year-old South Huron man has been charged with driving a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs.
