POLICE BRIEFS
Stolen truck set on fire
SOUTH HURON — On April 23 at 1:15 p.m. OPP were
contacted over the theft of a truck. The officer learned
a red 1991 Ford F150 pickup truck had been left sit-
ting in a bean field on Corbett Line in South Huron
overnight. The owner had left the truck unlocked with
the keys in the ignition. The next day the truck was
found in North Middlesex sitting in a Conservation
Area. According to police, the truck had been deliber-
ately burnt.
Huron OPP is continuing the investigation. If you can
