SINCE WORKING AT EDDINGTON'S CASUAL FINE DINING I HAVE LEARNED THAT EXPERIMENTING WITH FOOD IS FUN AND VERY REWARDING! CHANGING SEASONINGS OR SAUCES CAN CREATE A WHOLE NEW FOOD EXPERIENCE. AT HOME I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ONE TO FIND RECIPES AND MAKE VEGGIES SPECIAL. THE FOLLOWING RECIPE CAME FROM MY MOTHER AND IS WONDERFUL WITH A MEAT AND POTATO TYPE MEAL. IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS I WILL BE RUNNING A VARIETY OF VEGETABLE DISHES SO WATCH FOR TURNIP TREATS AND CANDIED YAMS.
