Woman charged with
driving while disqualified
SOUTH HURON — On April 13 in the early afternoon
an OPP officer on McTaggart Line in South Huron
stopped a southbound 1994 white Dodge Caravan.
The officer approached the female driver who pro-
duced the ownership and insurance for the vehicle but
reported her driver's licence had been left at home.
The officer checked on the driver's licence and found
that the driving privileges of the woman had been taken
away due to a criminal driving charge and conviction in
London.
As a result Beverley Butler, 60, of South Huron has
been charged with driving while disqualified and will
appear in Exeter court May 27. The vehicle was
impounded and towed to a storage location for the next
45 days.
COMMODITY PRICES ARE BOOMING!
Gold, Silver, Soybeans, Corn, Crude Oil --
all at multi year highs!
Something big is unfolding in commodities! The
world requires raw materials. The soaring
economies of China and the Far East are creating a
strong demand for commodities. The stage is set
for a prolonged bull market. How to profit?

Leppington likes his golf
but as he admits, his style
is more suited to the many
courses he plays around
Huron County than rub-
bing shoulders with the
likes of Tiger Woods, Mike
Weir, Phil Mickleson and
Ernie Els.
As a key member of the
Iceculture operations staff,
Leppington is responsible
for setting up, mainte-
nance and break down of
the ice waterfall bar that
Iceculture developed for
Nolet Spirits, the
California-based distribu-
tor of Ketel One vodka.
Nolet Spirits participates
in many high profile sports
events across North
America as a major part of
the company's promotion
for the Ketel One brand.
It's not only golf champi-
onships that Leppington
gets to attend. He also
made it to the 2003 Major
League Baseball All-Star
game in Chicago, movie
premieres such as the
opening of "Charlie's
Angels" in New York City
and the latest James Bond
movie, "Die Another Day,"
