The officer was told a citizen saw two men exit the store through a front entrance. The citizen pulled over, heard the alarm and then spotted the two men had broken into the store. The person called police who were on the way when the alarm company called about the alarm being acti- vated. The two men left the business in two separate vehi- cles. Both vehicles fled the scene and the citizen attempted to follow the culprits, losing them near Zurich. The manager of the LCBO store found a large quanti- ty of assorted liquor had been stolen. The bottles taken were 40 oz and 60 oz bottles. The value of the stolen liquor has been placed at $5,000.
