Community Care Access Centres of Huron & Perth Counties
are Government of Ontario Statutory Corporations. We enable and
support the people of Huron and Perth Counties by coordinating and
facilitating in-home and community health services and long-term
care facility admissions.
Director of Finance and Administration
As an integral member of the co -management team for these Centres
you will support the Executive Director in leading the financial
management of the corporations. You have a recognized accounting
designation combined with a minimum of three years post secondary
education, preferably a university degree. You are fully conversant
with financial systems including banking and payroll packages and
reporting systems (specific experience in Great Plains and OHRS MIS
guidelines an asset).
A strong team player, you possess excellent interpersonal and
partnership skills with demonstrated ability to use a customer service
approach in all activities. You also have demonstrated organizational
skills including the ability to meet deadlines and function well under
pressure. You are analytical and adaptive with excellent judgment
and, while you are a hands-on manager, you have demonstrated
capacity to lead and innovate.
