Four-bedroom Plan with Main Floor Master Suite Plan H 6-4-342 Stone detailing, a front veranda and horizontal siding add a timeless
elegance to this expansive one -and -a -half -storey design. The master suite is located on the main floor -- a layout that appeals to many
homeowners today. Adjacent to the foyer, pillars flank the opening to a large combined living and dining room. The living room has a gas
fireplace and an arc -top window that emphasizes the full vaulted ceiling. The dining room has space for a built-in buffet and french doors
that open on to a rear sundeck. An open kitchen, breakfast area and family room offer the ideal extended family zone for informal day-to-day
living. The spacious island kitchen has double sinks with a window overlooking the backyard. A garden door in the breakfast area and a
bayed window supply plenty of natural light for this area. A corner gas fireplace in the adjoining family room adds warmth and cheer during
long winter evenings. French doors add a classic touch to the den, which is conveniently located off the foyer. Beside the den, a laundry
room provides a secondary entrance into the home from the front veranda and also accesses the double garage. The master suite is an
alluring retreat tucked away privately at the rear of the house. French doors open from this room on to the sundeck, an invitation take in the
early morning air or enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning paper. A walk-in closet separates the sleeping area from a divided en suite
bathroom. One section contains a soaker tub and double vanity while the other houses the toilet and shower stall, Upstairs, three large
bedrooms and a playroom provide the perfect sleep -and -play area for the children to call
their own. One bedroom has its own powder room. The other two bedrooms share a
three-piece bathroom. This house measures 61 feet, 2 inches wide by 50 feet, 4 inches
deep and has 2,655 square feet of living space. An unfinished, partial daylight basement
is included for future expansion. Plans for design H6-4-342 are available for $652 (set of
5), $748 (set of 8) and $809 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7.5% Prov. Sales
