FREED OF BLAME
Gordon Love R. R. 1, Zurich was
monorated of blame by a coroners
uiiy inquiring into the death of
lenry Philip Leniczek, who died in
,he Kitchener-Wraterloo Hospital, af-
,er;being struck by acar on Hi-ghmall
7, two miles from Kitchener.The
jury in the verdict found that Mr.
Love did all in his power to prevent
-he accident. and gave the following
report: `"We accept the doctor's re,
porton the cause of death in that Mr
Leniczek died as a result, of being
hit by a car driven by Mr, Love," st-
ated the jury, who then went on to
declare him blameless.
