His parents are still both in exile prison slave camps in northern Siberia under So- viet Rule because of their christian views and work against the Godless Society; i e. Communism, in Russia. 'VIr. Youth for Christ • HENSALL MAN DIES Carl Passmore, well-known Hensall businessman died last ecinesda Death resulting from injuries receiv- ed near Brantford a week previous in which Melvin Moir, another Hensall businessman, host his life. In an effort to save his life, an operation to am- putate his left leg was performed, immediately following the He never regained, consciousness. He was in his 43rd year. Mr. Passmore, wlio operated a large garage business on No. 4 Highway in Hensall, was born there,, the son of Mr and Mrs. John 'Passmore. He was prominent in all community activities and in Masonic circles. A member of the Hensall -United Church, he served on the board of stewards and on the offi- cial board. He was a member of the Chamber of: Commerce. Survived by his widow, the former Pearl 1-Iarris of Chisellvarst; a son Ronald, 13; a daughter Norma 7; his parents, .four brothers, Rear. R. Passmore, Salford.; Kenneth of Hamilton; John and /a- bort, Aylmer; and two sisters, Wil.
