He paid tribute to the services ren- dered the riding of Huron -Perth by its retired member, W. H. Golding. So valuable had been those services he said that he hcped that is would not be long before Mr. Golding would be called to serve the Canadian nat- ion, if not in.the ,Com.mons, then elsewhere.
