Alex Buchanan, a life-long re• sicient of Hensall district, died at her home Friday last in her Seth year, Born in Tuekersmith Twp. she lived an Hensall for the past 34 years. She was an active member of the United Church, and W.M.S. Surviving is one son John D. Buchanan, London Life Co., London, two daugters, Mrs. Geo Armstrong, Hay Twp., and Miss Mary Buchanan, Supt. Soldiers' Me- morial Hospital, Orilla; taree step children, two brothers and three sis- ters. The funeral was held from her_ late residence, Monday last, conduc- ted by Rev. R. A. Brook.
