IN MEMORIAM
Wiliert — In loving memory of
our dear wife and mother, Melinda,
whom God called home twenty ye-
ars ago, March 13, 1929.
Twenty years have passed and gone
Since one we loved so well
Was taken from our home on earth
With Jesus Christ to dwell.
The flowers -we place upon her grave
may wither and decay,
But the love for her who sleep be-
neath.
Shall never fade away.
—Sadly missed by her loving nusb-
and and Family,
In loving Memory of Mrs. Conrad
Schilbe who passed away one year
ago, Mareh 11th, 1948.
There is still an ache in our hearts
today.
That countless years won't take 'away
We smile with the world; but never
forget,
In our 'garden of memories,
lives with us yet.
—Ever remembered by Husband and
Family.

Dear Mr. The little yellow
label tells me please send Mr, Smith
$1.75 and as the label is right 1" am
sending this amount herewith. I un-
derstand the extra .25 cents ts for
the big "raise". I must admit the in-
crease is 'very modest, and am sure
all your readers will gladly pay it.
It amounts to less than one-half cent
per paper.
We, in this northern part of Ont-
ario have had a mild winter, but
quite changeable, one day rain, then
snow, then sunshine and blue sky,
quite a variety to suit everybody, and
easy on the fuel bin.
With kindest regards to you and
yours. Cordially.—Rev. R. Rembe.

Pleased to see Lion Lloyd Etue
at the .regular supper meeting on
Monday night. Lloyd had one of
those apendix operations -which no
one likes, but he seems to look none
the worse, he surely is made of good
stuff.
That delegation of Lions who were
at Toronto- last week interviewing
Mr. Carroll of the Department, got
a lot of publicity, not alone through
the daily press, but ,some of the
Radio Announcers were loud in their
remarks. It was a big day forthaftve-
and they really made a big hit.
