The fruit varied in size from the small midget oranges, about the size of a walnut, to the •biy yrape- fruit which measures 17?2 inches in circumference. Oranges have a nice size, and are always better when ripened on the trees, these are also of good size. They tell us that the grapefruit can be purchased at three :for 5c. at the grading plants, and oranges are' quite reasonable in price. And again we say Thonk You for this fine treat, which we shall en- joy to the full especially over the coming Yuletide season. `OLEO' NOW LEGAL Thursday, December :23irc3, /94*. Oleomargarine, margarrne and butterine are three. distinctly. differ: ent products he said. Oleomargar- ine is made from vegetable and :rni- ti 'nal fats, margarine from vegetable I ats only, and 'butterine from butter ( and milk "ids. Oleomargarine is the proper thing and all controlled ex- periment have proven it has a nutr- +iti•on value equal to butter and in one • r two :actors is' even superior, al- though not sufficiently to indicate reference he said. The thing is new to most of us, and we trust the dairy fanners will not become dis- couraged and dispose of their fine herds of cows. As the average citizen will buy the good old "cow butter" as long as is possible, as there are sal many substitutes without this un the market.
