Miller, of Goderioh,who paid his annual visit to the branch. For 11 years Mr. Miller had faith- fully served as secretary of the Clin- ton branch as well as having held many offices and headed many impor- tant committees. In recognition of this outstanding service to the organ- ization the branch presented Mr. Miller with an honorary officer's badge for the highest awards in the Canadian Legion.
