HUNTER BECOMES LOST
Goderich — Search by plane and
ship which Sunday had covered in all
an estimated 1,000 square miles of
Lake Huron brought no trace of a
duck hunter, his dog, and the 14 -
foot fiat -bottom skiff in which he was
blown offshore early Saturday by
an easterly gale. The man was James
R. l'Iisener, 40, manager of Brad-
shaw Knitwear Ltd., Stratford. Offi-
cials said they did not believe he
could have survived the week -end
storm. Oars for the skiff were on the
shore, but he used a board seat as
a paddle when he set out to retrive
a duck.
