IN MEMORIAM
S'chwartzentruber — In loving
memory of our .dear mother, Mrs
Jacob Sehwartzentruber who passed
away three years ago, May 21, 1944
It's lonesome here without you,
mother, .
And sad the weary) way,
For life can never be • the a same,
Since you were called away.
Our lips cannot tell how much we
miss you,
Our hearts cannot tell what to say,
God • only knows how we miss you,
In a home that is lonesome today.
They say time heals all sorrows,
And helps us to forget,
But time so far has only :proved
How much we miss you yet.
—Too dearly; loved to be forgotten
by son, daughters, and grandchildren.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
AVAILABLE AT B OF M
The new safety deposit boxes, re-
cently received at the Bank of Mon-
treal Office here, are in great de-
mand, 'Gordon Sewell, local manager)
tells us. However, several are still
vacant and ready for immediate use.
Certainly this is of interest to those
residents, who, because of the war-
time scarcity of these boxes, had to
keep their, valuables at home. place
No matter how good a hiding
you think you have in your tome,
your valuables are never really safe
there: Fire and burglary are ever-
present ,dangers. Securities, insur-
ance
nsu -
ance premium receipts, deeds
other inrpontant documents - invest-
ments representing the savings of a
life -time -- can .be destroyed by fire
in a matter of seconds, or stolen and
gone forever, as many ;a Canadian.
family can testify.
'Commenting on the advantages of
this type of protection, .Mr. Sewell
said, "There is no need for local res -
dents to run the risk of losing
-results of years of careful planning
and saving. By renting a S of M
safety deposit box, they can be sure
papers and other valuables are well -
protected. And the cost is but a
tent or two a day."
Mr. Sewell added that he would be
glad to have all'those interested drop
in at any time to discuss their sa.fe-
.eeeping needs.
