miles an hour, one could hardly see
the neighbour's, house, snow was
piling up all day Tuesday and all:
road and rail. traffic is now at a ,stand
still. To -day,, Wednesday, while it
is.. still storming, but a little traffic
is moving, at. least we notice an o' .
truck has reached: town to supply thee;,:
ones dependent, on oil for fuel. Snow
is piled up around town nigher than:.:
at any other time this winter, which
we thought was a record breaker. It
will take some: tithe 'before the road's: I
will .again' be passable and plowed
out, and probably the warm Aprils
sun will have to, do most of it. Se
here's hoping. Farmers who have
tapped their maple trees will have
a nice trine, hunting up their pails.
Telephone communications are mown
and many places like London could
not be readied on Tuesday- Surely,
now we are due for spring?
