Hay motored to Exe- ter on Tuesday evening where the latter two attended a miscellaneous shower in honor of Miss Dorothy Hooper (bride elect) who was taken by a complete surprise when she re- turned home after visiting Triends for the day to meet about thirty fri- ends who were waiting at her home.. A little girl and boy dressed as bride and groom presented her with j the shower of gifts, these were all very lovely and useful. Dorothy gre- atl,y thanked all of them foie ' their kindness. The evening leas enjoyed in a very sociable manner and a del- icious luncheon served. Among best wishes the friends left for theirhosne after a pleasant evening together.
