At the James Street United church

home of the bride's parents with Mrs

ENOUGH FOR ALL
!'resident Truman said at New
York the other day that for the first
time in history it is technically pos--
sible to produce enough material
goods so that all men ' everywhere
may be adequately fed, decently ho-
used, and comfortably clothed. There
is no argument we believe to refute
this statement During the war years
all, countries, especially the United
Nations have remonstrated their ab-
ility to produce the instruments, of
war and the necessities of life. There
must be however full employment if
.all peoples are to enjoy the benefits
named above. During the depression
years there were people who were
near the starving point and goods
were available and at a very cheap
price hut, they could not afford to
buy them.
