Bere and there -;fou see the odd farmer pulling potatoes, and they too are a big failure. Still, we in this fair country with abundance, we should be satisfied and thankful for what we have. For right to -day the future is bound to bring about next to starvation in many countries of the world, and yet we in this country so far and so replenishing to her people forget to be thankful for it all. Many have not felt the horrors of the war; the sacrifice of some lov- ed one, the grief which entailed on them, and still many in the midst of it all are not satisfied. c e ZURICH .r.
